– What is the difference between the Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement and a mattress protector? The Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement covers the entire mattress on all 6 sides whereas a mattress protector generally covers just 5 sides and fits like a fitted sheet. A mattress protector offers much of the same protection as an encasement but is NOT bed bug proof.
– What is the difference between the EZ3 Mattress Encasement and the Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement? The top of the Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement completely unzips, allowing for washing of just the lightweight top of the encasement. The more affordable EZ3 Mattress Encasement opens fully on 3 sides allowing for easy installation of the mattress, the top does not zip off.
– Is the Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement waterproof? Yes.
– What is the Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement made of? The Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement is made from soft polyester interlock knit and coated with a high temperature polyurethane film; the Easy Care 360 provides long lasting wear while allowing for frequent high temperature washing. We chose a polyester interlock because it releases stains more easily. This product does not sleep hot.
– Is the Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement washable? Yes. The Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement is laboratory tested for hot water washing up to 160 F.
– How often do I need to wash my Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement? You can wash your Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement as often as you like. With the easy zip off top, you can quickly remove the top portion of the Encasement, wash it, and zip it back on, without the inconvenience of removing the entire encasement.
– How do I determine what size of the Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement I should order? Mattresses can be different depths. Before ordering your Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement, measure the thickness or depth of your mattress up and down. Many mattresses are 9” deep, for example, so you would purchase an encasement that says 9-11” depth.

– Does my Easy Care 360° Mattress Encasement come with a warranty? Yes. It comes with a 10-year / 300 non-prorated warranty against defects.
– Is it true that stains can void the warranty on my mattress? Yes, your mattress probably came with a warranty and that warranty might be invalidated by liquid stains. Besides the warranty, liquids can damage mattress foams.
